Nelson’s Studio Ltd provides professional video production, aerial filming, editing, and digital marketing services. All services are customised according to client requirements.

•Non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.

•Production begins only once the deposit is received.

•The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.

•Final high-resolution files are released only after full payment.

Due to the customised nature of digital creative services:

•Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

•No refunds are issued after final delivery of digital content.

•If cancellation occurs before production begins, partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

 

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customised digital services are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has begun with the client’s consent.

•Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included.

•Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

•Major scope changes require a revised quotation.
