Using a drone in central London is not a quick fix, and there were quite a few hoops to jump through, which Barbara and Mickael handled diligently and with aplomb. From the onset of our enquiry, Barbara was both reassuring and unfazed by the complexity of our needs. We worked together to deal with the bureaucratic aspects, and well before the event date we had a green light from Camden Council to proceed. The event was an all-day challenge, and Mickael was operating the drone in hot, windy conditions but managed to get some amazing footage of the London skyline and our event participants. The entire footage, including dozens of film clips and hundreds of still photos, was delivered to us within 48 hours in participant and chronological order. Looking back to the start of the initial engagement with Nelson's up to and including our event, I can't say I would change anything; it was a genuine pleasure to work with Barbara and Mickael, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Do you need special permission to fly a drone in London?

Yes, and we handle all of that. Our pilot holds a valid CAA licence and we manage all the necessary airspace permissions before every shoot. You don’t need to worry about anything

What do I need to prepare before the shoot?

Very little. Just make sure the property is tidy and well lit on the day. We take care of everything else – equipment, permissions, editing, and delivery.

Can you create social media content for agents and agencies?

Absolutely. We produce short-form videos, reels, and teaser clips optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, helping agents attract more buyers online.

What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

We monitor the weather closely before every job. If conditions aren’t suitable for drone filming we’ll reschedule at no extra cost and find the next available date that works for you.

How quickly can I receive my photos and videos?

For most projects we deliver within 2–3 working days of the shoot. For urgent requests we can discuss faster turnaround. We always agree the timeline with you before we start.

Do you work with both individual homeowners and real estate agencies?

We work with estate agents, property developers, private sellers and international buyers across the UK, France and Spain. Whether you’re selling one property or managing a portfolio, we adapt to your needs and provide a personalised service every time.

Do you cover all of the UK and France?

Yes, we cover all areas of the UK and France. For projects outside our base in London, travel costs may apply depending on the location – just get in touch and we’ll provide a full quote.
